Terms and Conditions Before Submitting a Request

• A retainer of 50% is required to get on the cookie calendar and is due within 24 hours after the invoice has been sent. (This is non-refundable but may be moved if there is availability.)

• Requesting a quote does NOT obligate you to place an order.

• A rush fee of 25% may be charged for orders placed with less than 2 weeks notice (availability permitting).

• When placing an order less than 2 weeks in advance, payment is due in full when invoiced.  

• By submitting this form you agree to receive emails from Hale's Heavenly Sweets.

 

Pictures are welcomed to help me get a feel for your preferences. Please note I will not duplicate another cookier's work but will take inspiration from pictures you send.​

 

Hale's Heavenly Sweets is a home-based bakery that operates under the Texas Cottage Food Law.

 

All orders must be picked up in Sulphur Springs, Texas 75482. Texas Cottage Food Law Prohibits Shipping.
