Frequently Asked Questions

  • How do I place an order?
    Submit your request using the Request a Quote form. Please be sure to include as many details as possible. I will review the request and, depending on availability, email a price quote.
  • How much do your cookies cost?
    Please browse the Sweets Menu for details.
  • How much notice do I need to give for ordering?
    I typically book 4-8 weeks out. However, on occasion a client's plans will change and I have an unexpected opening, so I always suggest you check. A rush fee of 25% may be charged on any order taken with less than 2 week notice (if there is availability).
  • Can I place a cookie order if I do not know my theme yet?
    Absolutely! You may reserve a pick up date on my cookie calendar for a nonrefundable retainer of $40. (Should your event be rescheduled, it may be moved on the cookie calendar if available). Once you choose a theme, the remaining balance will be due no later than 2 weeks prior to pick up. Exact price quotes are not provided without knowing the theme and other cookie details.
  • Do you ship your cookies?
    It is not allowed at this time under Texas law.
  • When is payment due?
    A minimum of 50% of the total cost is due within 24 hours of invoicing to reserve a pick up date on the cookie calendar. This retainer is nonrefundable but may be used towards a future order should plans change. Full balance is due no less than 2 week prior to your pick up date.
  • Can I freeze your cookies?
    My cookies freeze very well! Quite often clients will place an order and freeze their cookies if I am unavailable for the exact date of their event. Instructions: Place cookies in an air-tight container and pop in the freezer. When ready to eat, take them out of the freezer the night before, place on the counter, and DO NOT open the container until completely thawed. If you open the container too soon, condensation will ruin the cookies.
